Bollywood Dreams
In India, Hindi film industry has ruled the roost for a long time. Hindi film industry with Bombay (now Mumbai) as its center of activity is known as Bollywood. The name is quite similar to Hollywood, the capital of American cinema.
Bollywood dreams are a part of the life of an ordinary starry-eyed Indian. There are many people who have dedicated their lives to live a full fledged Bollywood dream. And many of them ended as the perpetual junior artist and the more unfortunate lot languished in the crowded rail station of Mumbai and took a train to get back to their hometowns. There are movies made in Bollywood that detail the story of such a nonentity like a junior artist who dreamt some fruitless Bollywood dreams.
